Shoemaking Laboratoryは、福岡の靴作り教室です。
現役の靴職人が古典的製法による靴作りを一から丁寧にお教えします。
ご自身のご都合に合わせて、月ごとに自由に受講日を選択していただけるシステムで、
月に何回受講していただいてもかまいません。趣味として月に1〜2回受講したり、
独立を目指し週に5回受講したり、様々な受講スタイルから選択可能です。
靴職人というと男性的なイメージもありますが、
業界では国内外問わず、女性の職人さんも多数活躍されております。
Shoemaking Laboratoryでは手製の靴作りを体験してみたい、ライフワークにしたい、
さらには独立を目指したいという多くの方々に
靴作りの工程を楽しみながら学んで頂けるように様々なカリキュラムをご用意しております。

Course
Primary Course
Shoemaking Laboratoryのプライマリーコースは、工具加工、ミシンの使用方法に始まり、靴の代表的なデザイン4種類を学んでいきます。
最終課題では、足の採寸から木型の補正を行い学んできたことを応用してオリジナルデザインに挑戦します。
PCによる型紙製作も選択受講することができます。
※受講開始には材料準備等を含め3週間ほどお時間をいただきます。
【Primary course】

In the final task, we will challenge the original design by applying what we have learned by correcting the wooden shape from the measurement of the feet.
You can also choose to make paper patterns on your PC.

説明会時にお渡しする
教室概要をよくご確認いただき、面接時に申込書をお持ちください。
この時、足を採寸し木型のサイズを決めます。
審査後３日以内に通知致します。プライマリーコースの方は入学金、木型代、工具代をお支払いください。
開講日をメールにてお知らせしますので、希望の受講日をご予約ください。
受講初日に受講料をお支払いいただきます。

ご入学の方には工具・材料カタログをお配りしており、
教室内で購入できます。
海外からも定期的に工具を輸入しております。
